Book production and publishing process
PHASE 1: Initialization and Setup Following registration, a specialized team will be assigned, comprising a Project Manager, Editor, Proofreader, Graphic Designer, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Illustrator. An introductory consultation will be held to comprehend the book's objectives, tone, genre, and target audience.
PHASE 2: Editing, Formatting, and Illustrations Editing and Proofreading: Enhancing grammatical accuracy, sentence structure, and clarity while preserving the author's unique voice. Formatting and Layout: Ensuring professional formatting for print and digital versions. Illustrations: Creating concept sketches based on the author's ideas, followed by high-resolution illustrations upon approval.
PHASE 3: Cover Design and Final Compilation Designing a professional front and back cover to align with the book's theme. Finalizing interior files for digital, paperback, and hardcover formats.
PHASE 4: Publishing and Distribution Publishing the book globally on Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), and Barnes & Noble.
