TERMS OF SERVICE FOR Geotech Publishing House

Introduction:
Geotech Publishing House("we", "us", or "our") provides publishing services, including co-publishing, content development, marketing, and distribution, to authors and publishers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services.

Scope:
These Terms apply to all services provided by Geotech Publishing House, including but not limited to:

1. Co-publishing ventures
2. Content development and editing
3. Marketing and distribution
4. Technology integration
5. Author development and support

Definitions:

1. "Author" means the creator of the content.
2. "Publisher" means Geotech Publishing House.
3. "Content" means the work, including text, images, and other materials, submitted by the Author.

Author Responsibilities:

1. Content Submission: Authors must submit original, high-quality content.

2. Permissions: Authors must obtain necessary permissions and licenses.

3. Accuracy: Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their content.

Publisher Responsibilities:

1. Publishing: We will publish and distribute the Content.

2. Marketing: We will promote the Content through various channels.

3. Support: We will provide support and resources to Authors.

Intellectual Property:

1. Ownership: Authors retain ownership of their Content.

2. License: Authors grant us a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute.

Payment Terms:

1. Royalties: Authors will receive royalties as agreed upon.

2. Expenses: Authors are responsible for expenses related to publishing.

Termination:

1. Termination: Either party may terminate these Terms with written notice.

2. Consequences: Termination will not affect accrued rights and obligations.

Warranty and Indemnity:

1. Warranty: Authors warrant that their Content is original and does not infringe on others' rights.

2. Indemnity: Authors will indemnify us against claims and losses.

Governing Law:

1. Law: These Terms will be governed by New York State, USA laws.

2. Disputes: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective immediately.
